Aceite Diablo is the culmination of a long journey that started more than a year and a half ago. Its products are a blend of devilish spices turned into a sinfully delicious oil created in Hell’s Kitchen, NY.

‘I’m located in Hell’s Kitchen, New York, where there are a big number of restaurants around with a variety of cultures. My family and I enjoy going out to eat at different restaurants and learning about new foods and flavors. After tasting many foods, we decided to create a product that would complement flavors from other cultures, while adding a little spice to it. Marco Gabriel Cusato who is a well-known Chilean artist have released its newest effort called “Untamed Souls” via Sleaszy Rider Records. He is known for being the singer and main man of Chilean gothic rock band Somberwind and of The Fallacy.

The album was recorded entirely as a soloist album and it includes 11 tracks of modern Goth & Dark Rock/Metal. Retaining the classic gothic style from the 80`s and 90`s scene , but also adding elements from Modern Gothic rock/metal.

The Closing Song Of The Final KISS Physical Show Will Be Performed On Stage At Madison Square Garden By Their Avatars: Offering Fans A Preview Of A New Era Of KISS That Will Change Music Performance History 

KISS, the legendary rock band known for electrifying live performances over a 50 year career and sales of more than 100 million records worldwide, is marking the end of its physical existence by crossing into the digital world. 

At 11pm EST on Saturday December 2nd at NYC’s Madison Square Garden, at the conclusion of the last show of the final KISS live tour (‘The End Of The Road’), the band will make a surprise handover onstage to their new digital avatars who will perform as an encore ‘God Gave Rock And Roll To You’: marking the withdrawal of the flesh and blood group, yet the continuation of the KISS journey into a new era. The band’s transformation into avatars will ensure their immortalization, while pushing the boundaries of rock and roll performances, as KISS have done throughout their career to date. This avatar performance will feature KISS as fantasy-based superheroes, and will provide a glimpse of just one of the many and varied ways in which KISS will live on as digital performers through their avatars in the future.

Achieved through a partnership with Pophouse Entertainment Group, the Swedish entertainment company renowned for its development of brand-building enterprises in music and entertainment, this end-of-show performance marks the official reveal of plans for a new era of KISS in the near future - which will see avatars of the band perform to fans for decades to come. KISS’s long history of experimenting with special effects and staging, as well as iconic personas and costumes, will evolve through pioneering technology. 

The KISS avatars are created by the George Lucas-founded visual effects company (and Lucasfilm division), Industrial Light & Magic (ILM), who showcase their unique creative expertise and artistry using their advanced performance-capture technology. The technology has enabled ILM to capture the band’s face and body performance, forming the basis of the avatars in combination with ILM’s artistry and machine learning technology, allowing the creative essence of KISS to be able to live on forever. 'Second Hand Blood' contains 4 tracks that were recorded during the time that he was in the band. Around that time, Pirosaint went out and play live in many locations throughout Upstate NY supporting Death Angel, Marc Rizo, Static X, Alekhine's Gun and more. All the music was included on the album 'Know Thyself' released in 2021, but the lyrics were adapted by Billy Vanders to fit its intentions and capabilities when they were recorded back in 2016.

Bagpipes & Rock’n’Roll. If not for the venerable Bon Scott & AC/DC these two things would have remained mutually exclusive. But, for Joetown, it served as inspiration for the style and sound of the band to which they are so proud. Joe gave some insight, “Kerry Gollarney (Guitarist and Bagpiper) is a secret weapon! When those pipes come out the crowd goes f’n mental, it’s like a war cry!”. The new single is a remade version of the Bon Scott era AC/DC classic "It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock 'n' Roll)" and is complete with video of the band rolling through the city streets in major civic events such as the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. “The video just happened to work out since we have been doing so many public events, I figured, let’s do it like the original AC/DC video they did through the streets of Melbourne. The song and the video are a way to honor how much the song and lyrics have been an inspiration – they are our musical heroes and I think we capture the spirit of what it is all about.”

40 years of Sodom, 40 years of ruthless thrash metal ‘Made in Germany’. 

What came into being in 1982 in Gelsenkirchen-Buer has lost nothing of its authenticity and rawness, not even four decades later. Tom Angelripper and his men still spearhead a music style that draws its energy from pure determination, intransigence and relentlessness. 

What’s more, Sodom never fails to surprise their fans all over the world. ‘40 Years at War – The Greatest Hell of Sodom’, is a more than worthy anniversary album that – in various formats – sums up the band`s history in an unusual and highly ambitious way. “Our goal was to re-record one song from each of our previous albums,” Tom explains. “Not necessarily the most obvious ones, we wanted to go for rarities or tracks we`ve never or very rarely played live.” 

The CD and vinyl double LP with their martial cover artwork penned by Eliran Kantor (Kreator, Testament, GWAR, among others) include 17 tracks, all newly recorded by the current Sodom line-up featuring Frank Blackfire (guitars), Yorck Segatz (guitars) and Toni Merkel (drums). After the ‘Through Soundwaves’ series and box set releases, I was thinking of ways to get a bit more mileage out of all that work and also release, I guess, transitional material that would set up my current and future audience for future releases… to get comfortable with musical avenues I would be exploring.

Each song on ‘Se7en’ is inspired by films I really dig… some of which are in my all-time Top 5 favorites. The challenge overall was channeling the vibe and atmospheres of each film.”

UK thrashers RipTide, [fronted by EVILE guitarist Adam Smith] have released their debut EP “Masters of the Apocalypse”. The 36-minute-long EP contains 6 tracks featuring re-recordings and masters of the original RipTide demos. 

Adam Smith (Lead Vocalist and Guitarist) comments...

“After a hell of a long time, we are incredibly stoked to finally release ‘Masters of the Apocalypse’ as an EP, having changes in the Line-Up, multiple lockdowns, and settling in with EVILE. We are stoked to finally complete this record which consists of the first batch of songs from when we first started out. After playing these songs live over the years, and the incredible response we had at Bloodstock Festival last year, we chose these six songs as they represent mostly what the band has been doing over the years.

I have had the vision of ‘Masters of the Apocalypse’ ever since the band’s inception back in 2018.  The artwork was made in 2018 and was used to promote the band with scrims and merchandise, we knew that it was too good to just use on a demo single or something, so we held on to it and saved it for this moment. It was a vision that I had inspired by apocalyptic landscapes in media such as Stranger Things, The Last of Us, and even stuff like Shadow the Hedgehog [.

We wanted a 3rd person view of the backs of these ‘masters’ (world leaders/powerful people), who are the only ones left in this alternate world, looking over the remains of the city which was ultimately caused by greed, money and power etc... the vision was made into reality by the incredible Ania Bodziarczyk, who did an even better job than I could have ever imagined.

I am also incredibly proud of my bro Sean [bass player of RipTide] for producing/co-producing this record! The quality of this recording is incredible and is for me, the highlight of this record!

“When we first originally started recording these tracks, we were very young and didn’t really know much about how to make a record, we went to a couple of different studios to record but we were unhappy with both the quality of playing and the  early production wasn’t what we wanted, this coupled with covid, Adam joining Evile, and Tommy joining RipTide, delayed the release significantly, but we persevered and made the best recording we could possibly make! I am incredibly happy with the way the EP has turned out and with each recording we do, myself and the band get better and better! We have just finished tracking guitars for our next release which will be out in the next couple of months! So, keep your eyes peeled for that!

“Masters of the Apocalypse” has been a long time in the making and is the finale to the long journey we have all been on! It’s conception and production has been a team effort between all of the guys in the band and the fans, for pushing us to finish this! It is a group of songs that we are all incredibly proud of and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do.

Let's Celebrate Marsha Zazula!  

Marsha Z co-founded Megaforce Records with her late husband Jon Zazula and forever changed the landscape of heavy metal. She was also a dear friend and mentor who devoted her life to people and interpersonal relationships which grew and flourished.

Marsha Z was like a mom to the metal community and was also mom to her three daughters Rikki, Blaire and Danielle and was GramMarsha to her lovely grandkids, Declan, Jack, Lilianna, Wynter and Walker.

The world truly is a different place without Marsha Z, yet at the same time her mark will live on forever.

The Chilean Death Thrash band TORTURER announces that it is currently working on a new studio album which will be titled 'The Flames of Purification - Burning Cross'. The new album is set to be launched via Australis Records in Chile during the second half of 2022. This material consistsIn a re-recording of your previous work 'Burning Cross' originally published in 2003, plus other rarities and an updated sound in terms of production.It also announces the incorporation of JT García (guitars), who will debut with this new effort.

Torturer's frontman Francisco Cautín commented:

'The Flames of Purification - Burning Cross' was produced by Pablo Gudiño, who have already worked with the band in its previous studio albums, 'Conjuro IV' (2017) and the homonymous 'Torturer' (2012), at the Torture Chamber Studio. The art work was crated by Productora Medu1a, who have been recognized in the Chilean media for their graphic work in the past with the work for bands such as Kuervos del Sur and Crisalida.

New York based band Quemasantos is an international metal music project in Spanish with musicians from Brazil, United States and Chile. Everything started with the simple idea of creating a single track for a compilation  of bands protesting for a better equality in education in Chile. As a result the track ‘Somos legion’ was born and then it was licensed and published by the producers of the Canadian TV show ‘Motive’ for the episode 3 of their 4th season called: ‘Index Case’. From there there was only the process of creating more metal music in Spanish throughout the internet.

The album Quemasantos was recorded  between 2015-2022. It was mixed and mastered by Ignacio Orellana at Oily Sound Studios in NYC. The album contains 9 tracks including 2015’s version of ‘Somos Legion’ mixed and mastered by Ignacio Figueroa in Viña del Mar, Chile.

Rob Diaz have commented:

‘This was a production that touches current social themes such as addiction, religion, technology and pollution; with an abroad vision with drops of Sci-fi. Everything framed in a sonic metal ambiance that is direct and raw at times’.

The very firs music video supporting this release will be called ‘12 Balas’ and it is schedule to be public on April 15th, 2022 at 12pm directly on the band’s Youtube channel:

Legendary heavy metal vocalist DEE SNIDER recently announced his steadfast support of the people of Ukraine using Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It" as their battle cry anthem, and within just days, became heavily involved at the forefront of World United Live. 80s power-thrashers Sacred Oath posted on social media this week that they are already planning a concert in New York City in 2022 performing their entire 1988 debut “A Crystal Vision.”  The band restructured as a four-piece last month minus Bill Smith and Brendan Kelleher, and it seems the current lineup of Thorne, Evans, Christian, and Waite is primed and ready to gallop through their early material with fists raised high.

“Oathbangers have been asking for this since we reformed in 2005 and it seems like the right time, us working as a four piece now,” said singer/guitarist Rob Thorne. “Honestly, the band has never sounded as good as it does now and the prospect of giving these songs our very best is exciting.”

Sacred Oath came screaming out of Connecticut with their first album “A Crystal Vision” on Mercenary Records but broke up soon after when the record label filed bankruptcy and closed shop.  It would be another 10 years before the band reunited to record for Sentinel Steel Records.  They have not performed the entire album since December 1988.
