INDUCTION have issued a video for a new version of “Gods Of Steel,” featuring Kai Hansen of HELLOWEEN and GAMMA RAY on guest vocals. The recording was released on October 2, 2026 through Reigning Phoenix Music and is available digitally.
The announcement, supplied by C Squared Music, distinguishes this recording from the song’s earlier appearance on physical editions of LOVE KILLS!. That original version featured Antonio Calanna of A COLD PARADISE. INDUCTION’s third studio album was released on February 6, 2026 through Reigning Phoenix Music.
For guitarist Tim Hansen, the new guest appearance also brings a family connection into the band’s music. Discussing the collaboration in the announcement, he said: “Having Kai join us for this new version takes the song to an entirely different level. Of course, for me personally, having my dad on an INDUCTION song makes this release even more special.”
Tim also described the songwriting behind the track: “‘Gods Of Steel’ is probably the most epic song we’ve ever written. It has everything we love about heavy metal: huge melodies, massive choirs, energy and that larger-than-life feeling that made us fall in love with this music in the first place.”
His statement connects the choice of guest vocalist to that approach: “But beyond that personal connection, there simply couldn’t be a more fitting voice and character for a song called ‘Gods Of Steel.’” The accompanying video presents the Kai Hansen version announced with the digital single.
