TURMION KÄTILÖT have paired the release of Resodance with an official music video for ‘Näe Minut’. The focus track appears on the Finnish industrial metal band's twelfth studio album, out now through Nuclear Blast Records.
‘Näe Minut’ occupies the sixth position in the twelve-song running order. The accompanying video forms part of the album's release announcement, which places the band's electronic and metal elements within a concept described by vocalist and co-founder MC Raaka Pee.
‘Resodance completes a circle while continuing an endless cycle, much like the Ouroboros – the eternal serpent devouring its own tail. Every song represents an hour, every note its own colour and character. Across twelve tracks unfolds a continuous dance of resonance, where every moment finds its own distinct tone.’
Mikko Tegelman produced Resodance alongside the band. Nuclear Blast's announcement describes the recording as carrying the intensity and immediacy of TURMION KÄTILÖT's live performances into a framework built around that recurring cycle. Its musical description emphasizes the interaction of melody, tension and industrial rhythms.
The album runs, in order: ‘Nostajat’, ‘Kunnioita’, ‘Pöytäviinaa Ja Pimeitä Naisia’, ‘Amon-Ra’, ‘Hallelujah!’, ‘Näe Minut’, ‘Lunastakaa’, ‘Karma’, ‘Levolle Laske’, ‘Teloitus’, ‘Raivotarjonta’ and ‘In Our Dreams (to be continued 1)’.
The announced physical editions are a jewel-case CD and two single-LP variants: red and black marbled vinyl, and transparent red and black marbled vinyl.
The supplied lineup comprises vocalists MC Raaka Pee and Shag-U, bassist Master Bates, keyboardist Run-Q, drummer DQ and guitarist Bobby Undertaker.
