    Notorious black metal band MAYHEM have just announced The Sanguine Sodomy of North America Spring tour. The band will be on tour with Watain and special guests Midnight starting March 7th in San Francisco, CA and wrapping on April 3rd in Joliet, IL. Tickets are available for purchase starting.

    This past summer, MAYHEM released their EP Atavistic Black Disorder / Kommando, which features cover songs of their influences such as Discharge, Dead Kennedys, Rudimentary Peni and Ramones, with an impressive bursting and darkened sound. In addition to the cover tracks, the EP included a previously unreleased track called "Voces Ab Alta", which was recorded during the "Daemon" session.

  • CANNIBAL CORPSE's George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher announces self-titled solo album

    On February 4th, Cannibal Corpse vocalist George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher will release a solo album, titled Corpsegrinder. The 10-song effort is co-produced by Nick Bellmore (Dee Snider/Kingdom Of Sorrow) and Jamey Jasta (Hatebreed). The album features a guest appearance from Erik Rutan (Cannibal Corpse, Hate Eternal) on the track "Acid Vat" and will be released through Jasta's new label, Perseverance Music Group.

    Corpsegrinder comments: "When Jamey approached me to do this record, I was fired up to get into the studio with Erik Rutan and record the vocals! It's a mix of Death Metal, Thrash and Hardcore, and it sounds heavy as hell!!! I'm really excited about it, and I can't wait for the world to hear it!!!"
