  Few rock guitarists on this planet have had such a lasting influence on so many renowned musicians as MICHAEL SCHENKER. With his outstandingly fluid style, inexhaustible wealth of ideas, and instinctive feel for hooks and melodies, MICHAEL SCHENKER is a living legend who, despite his longstanding and distinguished history, still impresses with his unflagging energy and drive. The blond stringsman from Sarstedt, Germany (near Hanover) began his international career in the early 1970s with the Scorpions, achieved worldwide fame after joining British rock group U.F.O., and then seamlessly continued his exceptional global success story under his own name, as well as with acts such as MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP (otherwise known as MSG), Temple Of Rock, and MICHAEL SCHENKER Fest. SCHENKER and his career, which has spanned more than five decades, are absolute exceptions in the otherwise short-lived music industry.

   

  

  To celebrate his latest MSG album, Universal, scheduled for release on May 27th through Atomic Fire Records, as well as his 50th anniversary of recording, MSG will embark upon an extended US tour this Fall.   LA alternative metal band Gemini Syndrome are hitting the road for a handful of headline dates tarting today, March 22nd in Bloomington and wrapping on April 6th in San Diego. The band will be hitting the road with alt-punk band Pushing Veronica. The band is offering special VIP packages for the tour, which includes a special private acoustic performance, a VIP "Synner" laminate, autographed poster, and meet & greet session with the band.   UK extreme metal legends CARCASS have announced plans for a U.S. headline tour this spring with direct support from labelmates IMMOLATION and openers CREEPING DEATH. The tour kicks off on May 12th in Austin, TX and will culminate on May 27th at Maryland Deathfest in Baltimore, MD.   GOATWHORE Announces Headlining Dates + Band To Join Gwar On US Spring Tour
  

  

  GOATWHORE is pleased to announce a short run of headlining shows this Spring through Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Iowa. From there, the band will join Gwar for a three-week tour set to commence May 23rd in Colorado Springs, Colorado and run through June 17th in Reading, Pennsylvania. Additional support will be provided by Nekrogoblikon and The Native Howl.
