Formed in 2012 by the sinister minds of Constantine Chevardin (Disfigurement Of Flesh) and Haruka Kamiyama (ex-Gorevent/Medic Vomiting Pus), Traumatomy has evolved from an online project into a touring force of slamming brutality. They share their excitement about the release:

  “We are very happy that the new EP “Triumph Of Enslavement” is being released, we have been working on it for 2 years. We believe that this EP will be loved by fans for a long time. Mychal Soto from PeelingFlesh brought a special sound to this album. The sound is raw but at the same time sharp and brutal. The album cover by Jon Zig captured our vision and atmosphere.”

  “Triumph of Enslavement” is a visceral journey through a relentless barrage of slams, blast beats, technical riffs, and a little bit of groove that will leave listeners battered and craving more. With a lineup that now includes an additional vocalist, bassist, and drummer since 2018, Traumatomy’s live performances have become legendary for their intensity and raw power.

  The band explains that their songwriting process is a labor of love and brutality. Each riff and drum part is meticulously crafted to ensure the maximum impact.   Onchocerciasis Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (OxE), a riveting slam from Quebec City, Canada are proud to share the first single “The Fallen Lament; Paralytikus Ascends” from their brutal upcoming EP “The Fallen Lament” which will be unleashed digitally on July 19th and CD on August 9th from Stillbirth Records / Gore House Productions (SBR is a GHP sublabel). The band comments on the incoming auditory assault:

  “The single was one of the first few songs we wrote when recording the new LP, which is why it has a familiar feel to the songs from our ‘Adoration of Decaying Innocence’ EP and ‘Rotted Plinth of Sachiel’ LP. We wanted to couple this track with some of our older songs because it gives the fans something new, literally and metaphorically.”

  The band continues to explain that the track has some hallmarks of their evolution going into their latest LP, without showing their entire hand and spoiling the fun. It’s a blister of a track that they think was naturally a good choice for first on the list.

  The EP “The Fallen Lament” combines unnerving, chaotic, and apocalyptic sounds with meticulous calculation. The lyrics are predominantly penned by vocalist Jesse Agiomamitis, who draws inspiration from a myriad of sources, including video games, anime, movies, and personal experiences written in a cryptic fashion so that they can imprint in a unique way on each listener. The band is heavily influenced by the likes of Last Days of Humanity, Disentomb, and Dehumanizing Itatrian Worship, whose Kiryu Zhang does guest vocals on track 4. "Facial Gutting".
