  Swiss thrash metal icons CORONER will be commemorating their remarkable 40-year legacy with the 'Non-Omnis Moriar' North American Tour. Spanning 15 dates, the trek kicks off tomorrow, March 5, in Philadelphia, PA and culminates on March 22 with the band's appearance at the Hell's Heroes festival. The band will be supported by DECEASED and the full itinerary can be found below!

  Widely regarded as one of the most original and successful rock bands in Eastern Europe, Romania's Dirty Shirt is celebrating 30 years of creating and performing music with the release of their first single of 2025 "FOMO" accompanied by a music video along with announcing 2025 EU tout dates (listed below).

  "FOMO" is the first single from Dirty Shirt's upcoming seventh album (titled to be revealed at a later date) to follow “Get Your Dose Now!” (2022). Musically, it is a journey through different moments and places, blending various genres: from 80s disco to Balkan music, all built on a metal foundation. It’s a catchy song, with a chorus that sticks in your mind, radiating big positive energy. Lyrically, the song addresses one of the issues of modern society—the fear of missing out (FOMO). This phenomenon has become widespread with the rise of social media, where people constantly compare themselves to others and feel pressured to be part of every trend or experience.

  Edmonton, AB heavy metal masters STRIKER have been nominated for their third Juno Award for "Metal/Hard Music Album of The Year" for their 2024 album "ULTRAPOWER" released via their indie label Record Breaking Records.

  "Honoured to be among the best of the best of the best along with our fellow JUNO nominees this year for our 3rd consecutive nomination!   STRIKER's latest album "ULTRAPOWER" was produced by Josh Schroeder (Lorna Shore, Tallah, King 810). The seventh full-length from STRIKER follows their Juno Award-winning self-released record "Play to Win" (2018) unleashed on their label Record Breaking Records.

  With the band writing material since 2018, "ULTRAPOWER" is a collection of Striker tinkering and exploring new avenues. From the album's opening track "Circle of Evil", a Malmsteen-esque metal banger about secret societies and the evil dealings behind closed doors to their previously released single "BEST of the BEST of the BEST" serving up some big riffs and hockey arena vocals to "Blood Magic", which might be one of Striker's most progressive songs, taking cues from bands like King Diamond, with its unconventional structure and punctuated guitar solos. From the band delving into their obsession for late 80s AOR and pop rock with "City Calling", an ode to 1987, and bands like Toto and Kenny Loggins with their hook-powered albums. To fans experiencing the band's first attempt at a synth-wave track with "Live To Fight Another Day", this new offering sees Striker making a shredding love letter to the hard-rocking era of guilty pleasures.

  Taking all creative matters into their own hands, the Southern California quartet self-produced and engineered all of the songs on Tether, their astonishing eighth album. Pauley mixed and mastered the album, while Arteaga designed and painted the album's artwork. As a legion of devoted listeners worldwide has come to expect, guitarists Phil Manansala and Alan Ashby, Aaron, and Tino poured their hearts and souls into every note, creating another sonic document of their lives. 
   
  “With this one, we weren’t really focused on how it sounded as much as we focused on how it felt," Pauley explains. "And that's a weird thing to do when all you're working with is sound. But that was really the goal. And we walked away from making it, feeling like we've accomplished that."
   
  OM&M take sobering looks at depression, anxiety, loneliness, and existential dread, powering through the darkness, and emphasizing the importance of creativity as a balm for mental health. A commanding tempest of sounds coalesces within Of Mice & Men, blending the uplifting eloquence of modern active rock with the atmospheric dissonance of experimental post-rock. The band first emerged as part of a vanguard of future aggressive rock hitmakers. Over the years, they've distinguished themselves with musicality, creative ambition, and resilient determination. 
    
  Album eight was no less ambitious. Tether is anchored by a reflective meditation on what it means to draw together as friends, family men, artists, and bandmates. What does it mean to be there for the people who depend on us, knowing we can’t fully protect them from the hardships of life? 
   
  The Of Mice & Men core since 2016 – Aaron, Alan, Tino, and Phil – maintain a powerful bond with their audience and each other, no matter the obstacles. Whether a powerful anthem or atmospheric confession, their songs translate in intimate clubs and massive festivals. "It's about creating moments for people," Pauley says. "Music is the soundtrack to people's lives."

• Slomosa announces North American Tour with Helmet

  Norwegian rock band, Slomosa , will support Helmet on the North American leg of their 'BETTY 30th ANNIVERSARY TOUR', along with War on Women.    The 25-city tour, which kicks off on February 19, 2025 in Ft. Worth, TX and wraps on March 23 in Washington, DC, will see Helmet performing the iconic “Betty” album in its entirety alongside favorites from the band's extensive catalog.   Slomosa  continues to tour in support of its new album, 'Tundra Rock', released this past September.
