“Covadonga” channels *IMPUREZA’s* Hispanic Metal vision into a four-minute storm of flamenco-infused brutality and myth. Inspired by the legendary Battle of Covadonga (722 CE), often mythologized as the birth of the Spanish Reconquista, the song fuses razor-edged death metal riffing with flamenco phrasing, orchestral grandeur, and guttural Spanish vocals narrating Don Pelayo’s prophecy and divine intervention.
