Canada’s The Design Abstract has released a new music video for “Aberration Omega” off the newly released “Metemtechnosis”. For those who haven’t heard the band previously, it’s tough to explain the sound, past the succinct description of “science fiction based symphonic melodic death metal”.
Like the rest of The Design Abstract’s songs, “Aberration Omega” is layers of cinematic scoring, heavy riffs and a wide array of vocals from harsh gutturals to soaring cleans. The sci-fi laden symphonic melodeath is recommended for fans of SepticFlesh, Divine Disorder and Scar Symmetry.
All songs on “Metemtechnosis” were written and performed by Voiicide (vocals/bass/programming), Logan Mayhem (guitars/modular synthesis), and Matt Ngo (guitars). It was produced, mixed, and mastered by Voiicide at Abstrakted Records and the album artwork was done by Yuta Shimpo.
