• THE AGONIST at Warsaw 04/29/22

  I couldn’t make to the last time when The Agonist cane to NYC. The time before the last one we even did an interview with Vicky at Irving Plaza. Now this time around we when to Brooklyn  and they have changed a bit… but i mean it in the best way possible.

   

  I thought that this time around they sounded heavier. Yeah not sure but i think i heard some blast beats this time around and the music went a little darker so for my ears pleasure everything sounded awesome despite what was going on in terms of technical problems and all of that.

   

  She mentioned that they were some troubles during the road getting to the show but so far that night i believe they gave us what they have always have done, a metal night to remember.  Hope to catch them again when they are back.

• NECROFIER Joins DANZIG U.S. Tour Tomorrow, May 10

  Texan black metal battalion NECROFIER will be joining DANZIG's U.S. tour starting tomorrow, May 10 in Denver, CO and will remain on the trek until May 19!  The package also includes support from CRADLE OF FILTH and CROBOT.

  In addition, NECROFIER has announced a one-off show in support of CRADLE OF FILTH in Milwaukee, WI on May 12. The band will also be performing at Legions of Metal Fest (Chicago, IL) and Maryland Death Fest (Baltimore, MD) this month as well!  Tickets and the full run of dates can be found below!

• YNGWIE MALMSTEEN at The Gramercy 05/07/22

  Last Saturday night the genius of the guitar Yngwie Malmsteen performed at The Gramercy Theatre in NYC .

   

   

  He went through number of songs, mostly classics that people knew and cheered loudly.

   

  His masterclass of guitar playing and stage presence showed to his crowd why he is who he is and they responded to it every time he wave to them. 

   

  I just wished that rest of the band could’ve participate a little more to make the whole show more interesting.

• DYING WISH at Warsaw 05/06/22

  This younger band opened up the whole event at Warsaw last night.

   

  This is another example of a female fronted band where the singer seems to have this amazing energy that don’t allow them to stop moving around and sharing his most profound screams with everybody at all times. Incredible.

   

  They have these ‘all-together’ jumps choreographed that i’m sure everyone knew in the crowd so all the stops and things were followed perfectly. It was fun to shoot them.
