Artist Bio: Common Nonsense is a 3-piece post-hardcore band that formed in northern Michigan in 2018. The original and current members include Andy Morris (Guitar/Vocals), Rocky Hutchins (Drums/Vocals), and Steven Schaefer (Bass/Recording Engineer).
The release of our first single "The More You Know" gave us the opportunity to start playing shows in late 2018. Spring 2019 we dropped our first EP 'Time Ran Out'. We have spent a lot of time playing shows across Michigan since. Released in summer 2021, 'Best Advice' is an album that features up-tempo, melodic, rock songs.
Written and recorded with emotions, dynamics, melodies and a bit of chaos there is a song for everyone on this self produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered album.
The sound of Common Nonsense is directly created by each member of the band in a raw and energetic way.
