TRAUMATOMY have shared the singles “Entropic Obliteration” and “Visceral Maceration” ahead of their fourth full-length album, Ascension Of The Ineffable. Gore House Productions will release the brutal slam death metal band's album on October 30, 2026, in digital, CD and cassette formats.

The announcement, supplied by Asher Media Relations, describes the record as the result of two years of work, with production by Konstantin Ogarkov. It presents a faster, rawer approach while retaining the band's established lyrical themes, which draw on H.P. Lovecraft and criminal television shows.

The two advance songs illustrate different parts of that approach in the supplied track descriptions. “Entropic Obliteration” emphasizes brutality, while “Visceral Maceration” centers on groove-heavy slam. Elsewhere, the announcement highlights speed and blast beats in “Pervigilium of the Obsolesced Xenolith” and breakdowns in “Endoneural Parasitosis.” These descriptions come from the release announcement rather than an independent review.

“Repugnant Coalescence” is identified as the drummer's most balanced pick, and the title track carries the album's concept and atmosphere. “Autognathic Avulsion” combines grooves, blasts and atmosphere, with “Xeno-Homeostasis” closing the record. Cover artwork is credited to Jon Zig; the announcement connects its atmosphere to the cosmic horror the band envisioned. TRAUMATOMY summarize their approach with the statement: “SLAM IS THE ONLY WAY!”

TRAUMATOMY formed in 2012 through guitarist and main songwriter Constantine Chevardin and Haruka Kamiyama. The supplied biography lists Chevardin's associations with Disfigurement Of Flesh, Nauseating and Morphogenetic Malformation, and identifies Kamiyama with ex-Gorevent / Medic Vomiting Pus.

The band's debut, Transcendental Evisceration of Necrogenetic Beasts, followed in 2013. According to the biography, TRAUMATOMY released two albums and three EPs between 2012 and 2018 before expanding into a touring band with bassist Leonid, associated with Cephalic Impurity, and drummer Ivan.

The press package also includes an advance assessment from Project Metal Music, which describes the album as “a faster, more aggressive and brutal album by the band.” The forthcoming release brings that stated change in approach together with the familiar lyrical material and slam framework outlined in the announcement.
