CONCRETE GHOSTS follow a city at dawn in ‘Stillborn World’ video

A walk through a gray city at dawn frames CONCRETE GHOSTS’ new music video for Stillborn World. The song comes from the Finnish atmospheric death doom metal quartet’s forthcoming full-length, Echoes of The Dead World, and follows the previously shared lyric video for Concrete Skin.

The announcement describes the protagonist’s surroundings as a place where dawn brings no rebirth. Empty shadows and devoured bodies populate a city caught in repeated cycles of death, with hope reduced to a “hollow victory.” That premise places the video within the album’s broader themes of decay and false hope.

The record’s accompanying description invokes a “concrete coffin,” “ashen whispers” and “nauseating chemical fumes of false hope.” Musically, the announcement identifies the melodic intensity of the late-1990s metal underground as a major influence, connecting that reference point with its depiction of a world whose spirit is failing.

Echoes of The Dead World is scheduled for November 13 through Fetzner Death Records. Digipak CD pre-orders are available through the FDR Shop and Bandcamp. Stillborn World opens the eight-track album.
